At Create Beauty, your order will be dispatched once full payment has cleared in our account. We do not offer lay-bye, credit, or account-based purchases.
Please allow up to 3 working days for payment processing and order dispatch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate. Once your parcel leaves our premises, Create Beauty cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by the courier or incorrect delivery details.
We make use of a reliable courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You're welcome to contact us at any time for delivery updates.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Main urban areas: 1–3 working days
- Outlying or remote areas: 3–6 working days

Shipping Within South Africa Only
We currently only offer delivery within South Africa. International customers are welcome to arrange for their own courier service for collection.
